Postage

Postage within the UK is provided by Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day service). If we receive your order by 3.30pm Tuesday to Friday, we will deliver next day.

- We cannot be held responsible for and will not be able to give refunds in the case of late deliveries caused by the courier service.

- Please make sure that your requested delivery date is not a bank or a public holiday.

Surprise Gifts

A lovely idea but can lead to disappointment if the recipient is unaware of the delivery – is not at home and the gift cannot be delivered. When sending a surprise gift, please make sure you send it to an address where there is always somebody present (work place, always at home neighbour) as each delivery must be signed for.
